Their existing systems were outdated, disconnected, and couldn't support their expansion plans. They needed a unified platform that would work seamlessly across all departments (IPD, OPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology) and be accessible from any device.

Miraidigital was entrusted to design and develop a complete Hospital Management System (HMS) delivered across four platforms — a responsive web application for administrative operations, native Android and iOS applications for doctors and staff mobility, and a Windows desktop application for billing counters and workstations with local performance requirements.
