TaqGen, a rapidly growing diagnostic laboratory network, needed to modernize their operations to handle increasing test volumes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Their existing systems were a patchwork of legacy software and manual processes that couldn't scale with their ambitions.

Miraidigital was engaged to design and build a comprehensive Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) that would unify patient management, sample tracking, test processing, result reporting, and billing into a single, intelligent platform — with seamless integrations to laboratory instruments and third-party healthcare systems.
